Katrina Loftin-Winkel co-founds company specializing in confidential business sales
RENO, Nev. (March 21, 2018) –– A new leader in business sales and acquisitions is in town. M&A Business Advisors, a full-service business brokerage and M&A advisory firm, recently opened its Reno location with co-founder and managing partner, Katrina Loftin-Winkel at the helm.
The newly established office will serve Reno, Tahoe and Las Vegas in the confidential sale of privately owned businesses. M&A Business Advisors specializes in a wide range of industries including: manufacturing, distribution, service, retail, health care, e-commerce, construction, food & beverage and automotive.
Loftin-Winkel, an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in business brokerage, established M&A Business Advisors with business partner, Matt Coletta in 2017. The pair founded the company to fill a needs gap for first class service providers.
“Due to our backgrounds in the industry and my roots in the Reno business community, we are able to bring to the table invaluable relationships with private equity groups, corporate and individual buyers,” Loftin-Winkel said.
The company has quickly grown a presence across the West Coast, with offices in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Orange County, and Reno. Loftin-Winkel leads the office in Nevada and oversees the overall operation in partnership with Coletta and the Managing Partners.
